Completely incompetent police officer who chased Ryoko down to earth, and ended up getting the two of them stranded. She is very kind and sweet, though very absent-minded. Also, she is very dependent on her partner, Kiyone, and even looks up to her as a big sister. However, after becoming disgruntled with the Galaxy Police, and her partner, Kiyone. She chases down Ryoko to earth, in hopes of just taking Ryoko back to Jail in hopes of proving herself. However, becoming stranded settles in and she accepts that Kiyone believes her dead.
