Tenchi Masaki

Mousse’s younger brother. He was born nine years after Mousse was. He is the second son of Achika and Nobuyuki, born ten years after Mousse's disappearance. He is also heir to be the keeper of the Masaki Shrine. He knows about Mousse, but he sees that Achika tries not to show him the grief for he lost son. At one point, he almost hates Mousse for being Achika’s pain. When Mousse finally does come home, Tenchi accepts him as his older brother. He also understands why Achika and his grandfather had missed Mousse so much.
