This is in stage order and in each stage order it's been put so one happens right after the other. After the stages, below are some things that can't really fit into the stages. Some extra info and questions(Q&A) are below the walkthru

Snorlax and the Butterfree
Beach
  • Get Surfing Pikachu - To get Pikachu on the board, let him follow a path of apples to the surf board. It will not get on until it sees it as it pauses there looking at it.
  • Stop Doduo - To get Doduo to stop, simply throw a pester ball at it
  • Wake Up Snorlax - To wake up Snorlax, use the PokéFlute, but if you don't have the PokéFlute, you could use a PesterBall.
  • Get a Close Up of Meowth - To get the closeup of Meowth, use a pester ball to hit the Meowth that is on the hill (which is after Snorlax). But you must hit him before you reach the other side of the rock he stands on. When you do hit him, he will fall behind the rock, stand back up and "Meowth" you.
  • Scyther and Twin Pikachus - To get scyther, there are two places, the first place is where the Meowth and Pidgey come out. Before you arrive at the stumps and after you find Meowth on the rock. You throw pester balls in the tall grass, but you have to follow the flow of the grass. If you hit it, it will come out with two Pikachus. Scyther leaves as the two Pikachus will jump on the stumps and dance. The second place where you find Scyther is also where the Meowth and Pidgey come out, but the second little long patch of grass.
  • Get Kangaskhan to Look at You - Throw a pester ball at it
  • Close up of Lapras - It will appear before you reach Kangaskhan, in the water of course but only if you do something first (have no idea when or how yet, we just get it by luck)
  • Get Chansey - The ball Eevee is chasing is Chansey, throw a pester ball at the ball
  • THE SIGN - The sign for that stage is the Kingler in the beginning of the game

Tunnel
  • Get Pikachu on Electrode - Take a picture of the Pikachu in the beginning of the stage, and then after it moves, take another, as it moves once more. After that, a electrode will roll by as Pikachu will jump on it.
  • More Kakuna! - To get more Kakuna to come down, simply throw apples at all the electrode for the first part to get them to explode. The more electrode you explode, the more Kakuna will come down.
  • Electrifying Zapdos - When you see an egg and a Pikachu standing alone in one room, throw apples toward the egg, getting the Pikachu to follow it. When it's close enough, play the PokéFlute as Pikachu will start using its electrifying shocks to shock the egg. The egg will then ride and then open.
  • Haunter, Haunt Haunt - There are actually two haunters in the stage, but the first one will get you a closer picture. If you hear weird noises and something floating around in circles, simply take pictures of it and see what developes after.
  • Get Lots of Dugtrio - Take a picture of the diglett you first see, then it will move, take it again, it will move once more, the fourth time Dugtrio will appear, take some more pictures, and two will come out, then take it once more, and the last time they'll come out is in a trio of Dugtrio.
  • Magneton - To get Magneton, firstly get the Magnemite together with apples (may be the best way) and when all three magnemite are together, they'll automaticly evolve.
  • THE SIGN - This sign only appears if you kicked Zapdos outta its egg. The sign will appear after where the diglett and the electabuzz are, but are before the magnemite and the magneton.

Meowth!

Volcano
  • Rapidash to Neigh - To get Rapidash to stop when it's running, you could throw an apple in it's path.
  • Get the three Vulpixes together - To get the vulpix together, lead the vulpix which is alone towards the other vulpixes with apples and if you lead all three of them far enough (towards the magmar and charmander) they will stand as a trio and uh, be happy.
  • Get Charmander to Evolve - To get Charmander to evolve into Charmeleon, you throw an apple between the Magmar and Charmander, so the Magmar will burn it. Charmander gets mad and evolves into Charmeleon.
  • 6 Charmanders Together, Forever - If you want loads of points with charmanders, throw an apple towards both charmanders so they'll start calling for their buds. Each charmander will call 2. So there will be 6.
  • Moltres - Moltres should be easy. The egg in the middle of the road, blocking your way is the Moltres egg. Hit the egg as it falls into the lava.
  • Fighting Magmar - To get the two magmars to battle each other, you could either watch them (they might automaticly do it themselves) or you could throw an apple between them.
  • Burning Growlithe and Arcanine - To get the two pokémon, you have to throw pesterballs into the lava crates, I don't know which are the odds of getting either one.
  • Charizard - Before the end of the stage is a Charmeleon, hit the Charmeleon into the lava as it evolves into a Charizard.
  • THE SIGN - Throw a pester ball in the beginning of the game in the big volcano where the smoke comes out. Soon a Koffing-looking smoke would come out.

River
  • The Poliwag Trio - To get all three Poliwags to jump into the water, use pester balls to hit the first two that you see and they will go to the third one. If you throw another one, all three will dash for the water.
  • Bulbasaur - Bulbasaur will come out of it's log if you throw an apple in front of the log hole.
  • Slowbro, Slow - make an apple trail towards the shellder sign, it will pause for a second and then will dip it's tail in for some Shellder.
  • Vilplume - To get Vileplume out of its hiding place, play the PokéFlute, and it will jump up dancing
  • Jumping Psyduck - To get Psyduck jumping around like crazy, you hit the psyduck that is circling the stumps.
  • Hanging with the Metapod - TO get Metapod to come down, simpty hit it with a pester ball, and when it comes down, it might stop the Zero-One. But that's actually a good thing, depending on your location of where you stopped (you could get a very good snap shot of Psyduck). TO start moving again, hit it once more.
  • Camoflauge Porygon - After you see Psyduck, you will see something moving in the floor, a nose of a Porygon maybe. Throw a pester ball at it for it to come out, hit it again for it to throw off it's disguise
  • Cloyster - We don't exactly know when a Cloyster (or two) would jump out, but it might be when you take the picture of the floating Shellders (all four maybe)
  • Speed Pikachu - Take a picture or throw something at the Pikachu that sticks its head out of the tree log. Then it will come out and dash out and around some rocks and run back in the tree log.
  • More Psyduck - Throw apples or pesterballs in the water for Psyduck to do tricks out of the water.
  • THE SIGN - After you got Vileplume to wake up and dance, above it is a huge rock that resembles Cubone.

Rapidash

Cave
  • Ditto in disguese - Hmm, don't those Bulbasaur look a bit weird to you? Throw a pester ball at it to find out their real identity
  • What stinks? Muk! - Since the other Grimer are too far, take a picture of the two grimer anyway. When you go more into the cave, you'll notice two other grimer. Throw 4 pester balls at it to make it evolve into MUK!
  • The Jigglypuff Trio - The three poor jigglypuffs are getting tortured by Koffing. Go throw something at the three koffing. Later before the end of the stage, you'll find jigglypuff singing on stage with its other friends. You get bonus if you get all three.
  • It evolved into Victreebell - To get Weepinbell to evolve, throw a pester ball at it to make it fall into the water. It will evolve and jump back out as Victreebell.
  • Balloon Pikachu - Get Pikachu to fly with balloons attached to it if you hit Zubat or Pikachu while they're flying!
  • Dancing Jynx - Play the PokéFlute, in the process Articuno will awake.
  • Flying Pikachu - To get Pikachu on Articuno, first save Pikachu from the Zubat, then get Articuno awake. When Articuno flies back, it'll carry Pikachu with it, so keep your eyes behind you!
  • THE SIGN - Before you pass the Weepinbell, look back and you'll find some stars shining in the dark. The sign is really stars which make Mewtwo.

Valley
  • Close Up Squirtle - In the beginning of the stage there are squirtle in the water, throw pesterballs at it to get it to shore
  • Gyarados - A Magikarp jumps around in the water in front of the Mankey, throw pesterballs at it to make it fly towards the Mankey as it hits it to the other side. You will find it again in front of the Graveller, hit it again with a pesterball as you watch it fly into the waterfall and evolve.
  • Hiding Sandshrew - To get the sandshrew to come out from its hiding place, hit the Geodudes with pester balls.
  • Sandslash - When you find two Geodudes and a Graveller hanging, hit the two Geodudes to the floor with pester balls, as Graveller falls down, getting Sandslash up.
  • Marching Graveller - To get Graveller to march and dance, play the Pokéflute where the three Graveller hang
  • Starmie - To get starmie(s) take a picture of the face of the Staryus so they follow you, when you arrive at the little typhoon it will fall in, itself and evolve.
  • Happy Dragonite - To get dragonite to appear, simply throw pester balls in the typhoon.
  • Goldeen/Dratini/Magikarp - These pokémon are found in the water by throwing apples or pester balls in the water
  • THE SIGN - The sign is found in the beginning in the background of the Mankey who hits the Magikarp. Nice mountains which resemble a Dugtrio.

Rainbow Cloud
  • The only Pokémon available in Rainbow Cloud is sadly Mew. Maybe that's not sad to you, but it is to us. Well anyway, to get a good picture of Mew, hit its shield a few times with apples or pester balls. When its shield breaks, Mew will either appear on your left or on your right chasing its shield. When you first see the light of the shield, quickly turn towards it and take the closest and the most centered picture! You could get alot of points for just taking a picture of it, or at least, I did.
  • Get Mew to LOOK at ya - To get Mew to look at you, you must get Mew to the position when its chasing after its shield. Use either a pester ball or a apple and chuck it at Mew. Mew will spin around a few times and face towards you, pausing for a moment, then disappearing.

Electabuzz getting hit by an apple

Q: How many special Pikachu Scores are there? And which are they?
A: There are 6 different Special Scores for Pikachu. They include: Balloon Pikachu, Speed Pikachu, Pikachu on a Stump, Pikachu on a Ball, Flying Pikachu, and Surfing Pikachu.

Q: What happens when you beat all the challenge scores?
A: We have no idea yet, since we're still stuck with two more to go. But if anyone does know, please drop a note!!

Q: How do I get to the next stage after the Valley?
A: You first have to aim the last squirtle (in the end of the stage) at the mankey and hit it with a pester ball. As the Professor Oak gave you the clue, you are somewhat bowling. After you hit the Mankey with the Squirtle, you'll find Mankey later beside the button, throw a pester ball at it to make it fly back and fall on the button.

If you have anything to add to it, please feel free to tell us.
