They are abilities for your Pokémon, if you think their ability they have right now is too bored, weak or which ever reason is the problem, they're here for you!TM (Technical Machine) can only be used once and they're poof, gone. So, becareful who you give it to, while the HM (Hidden Machine) can be used again and again. So, no problem with that, right? But there's another problem, only particular Pokémon could use a particular machine. Ouch, eh?
