Fallen into this abyss of love
my heart knows no bottom
and searches for no more depth

to stay ever aware
of its bottomless power

Dark night nor hour
could ever rob me of this place
This constant fall consumes me

No air - yet I breathe
through the substance that is Him
Falling ever still
yet His hand is always near enough to hold
This abyss of love
drinks me in...and takes me bold
