Hi i'm Princess Serena and this is my brand new Web Ring. It is called Princess Serena's Web Ring! Hey you wanna join,all you have to do to get in is have a great Sailor Moon Site. This then is the process:
These are the steps:

1. Fill out the submit form below.
2. You will get an e-mail telling you to copy the HTML fragment and put it on your page.
3. Copy the HTML fragment below. Make the changes needed and put it on your page.
4. As the ringmaster either I or another ring member will check out your site.
5. You will be sent another e-mail from me telling you that you got into the ring.
6. Spread the word tell everyone about the new ring you're in.
7. Come back to me with any problems or ideas about the ring.
