Except for Sunday tournaments, all in-house meets are by round robin pools. Final standings are as if the event were pools/DE, but the tourney stops after seeding the pool round. If there is an absolute tie for any place, it stands as a tie, and points are awarded for the higher placement (2nd place values if it's a tie for 2nd, regardless of the number of people tied at that level). Points are awarded as follows: Number of points based on wins percentage (100 points for winning all your bouts, 50 points for winning half your bouts, etc. Additional points are awarded according to the old formula, so winning a 6 man tournamnent, winning all the bouts, would net a point total of 106 points.
Points will be awarded ONLY for SwordPlay tournaments. Points will NOT be awarded for any USFA tournaments - like the ones at Chaminade H.S. - because that would not be fair to those SwordPlay members who do not attend those tournaments, which is the majority of the members.
