Following are details of Rats currently available for adoption from RODENTZONE. Most of those listed below came from the same rescue. All are healthy. They were rescued from someone who was moving interstate and could no longer keep their rattery.

FEMALES

There are currently no females available for adoption.

MALES

There are currently 4 males available for adoption. We would like to place these boys in "pet" homes & don't reccomend any of them for breeding purposes as they are from the Blaze lines, which are known for behavioural problems.

The following two are brothers. "Zorro" is a black Capped boy, & is quite affectionate & quiet natured. He is 18months old & lives with a group of 5 other boys. The next little guy doesn't have a name, he is Zorro's full litter brother. He's Agouti hooded. He is a bit timid, but quite sweet otherwise.
Also from the Blaze lines, we have a Silverfawn Irish boy. He is approx 12months old. He has a strong personality & is quite outgoing.
Our last little adoptee is an agouti hooded boy, from a cross-mating of the Blaze line to a DownUnder line. He is a little smaller in stature than the other big strapping lads & is a little shy to come straight up to you, but once you have him, he's a little smoocher.

One fawn hooded boy, "Horis", He is bordering on show quality, and has a lovely temperament. Very sniffy, likes to sus out where you've been all the time.

- ADOPTED BY HIS BREEDER -

One black hooded boy, "Amen", He is good breeding quality, he carries the gene for blue. He is a beautiful big cuddly boy.

"Cherokee" is a muture male. He is a black blaze hooded. This boy is a special case. He's very good with people, but does not get along with other rats anymore. Including females. At first we believed this to be a hormonal imbalance, but the line he is from, has since produced many rats, both male & female with temperament issues. He would be one of the rare rats that prefers to live alone, and would make someone a very special single pet. He's lovely. [NOTE: rats are not normally good as single pets, they get lonely, so we do not normally reccomend less than 2 rats together, but this boy is the exception]
