2 1/2 C. sugar2 C. cornstarch
6 T. cocoa
2/3 C. all purpose flour
3 cans evaporated milk
1 1/2 C. milk
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
6 T. butter
1 C. chopped pecans(optional)
2 deep dish pie crusts(prepare according to
pkg.

In large bowl mix sugar, cornstarch, cocoa, and flour.
Set aside. In large cooking pot, blend milk, yolks,
and vanilla. Add floured mixture to milk mixture and
cook over medium heat until desired thickness(very
thick.) Remove from heat and beat in butter until
smooth. Add pecans and pour into cooked pie shells.
