Recipe Ingredients
7 ½ oz can minced clams (drained and saved)
¼ cup chopped bacon
¼ cup chopped onion
liquid from the clams and enough water to make 1 cup
2 potatoes diced
½ tsp. Salt
2 cups milk
1 Tbs. Chopped parsley





Recipe Directions
Drain clams and save liquid. Fry bacon until lightly
browned. Add onion and cook until tender and transparent.
Add liquid from the clams, potatoes, and seasoning,
cook, covered over medium heat for 15 minutes or until
potatoes are tender. Add milk and clams. Heat, but do
not boil.
