PILOT OFFICER HAWKEYES SECTION

Under Construction

Evening chaps,

Now where do I begin hmmmmmmmnn.Well, I was born in a small town in Australia to two English parents in 1920 and learnt to fly on a friends farm where they had an old tiger moth.At the outbreak of the war in 1939 nothing much was happening in the Pacific sector so I decided to live with my Aunt in Kent while I went to the RAF flight school. However I passed through training quickly as I had already had experiencein planes. In May 1940 I got a posting to the 1stRAF and the rest as they say.......is history!
