Rufus
Rufus is as callous and cruel as his father is greedy. The new president of Shinra, Inc, Rufus says himself: "My father ruled the world with money, I rule the world with fear." His first order of buisness is to cement his rule, but he cannot do that with his father's murderer, Sephiroth, and attempted murderers, Cloud and gang, still on the loose. He sends the Turks to hunt down Sephiroth, and to deal with AVALANCHE during the process. You fight the shotgun-toting Rufus once, immediatly after the death of his father. Rufus will stop at nothing to eliminate Sephiroth, whom he sees as a bigger priority than you, but his troubles compound when meteor is summoned and the WEAPONs are released... and, since everyone needs a scapegoat, he blames it all on AVALANCHE.
