The Shinsengumi fighter and most honored swordsman was
fighting against a rival clan until suddenly a huge
beam of light shifted him to the distant future, where
he sees himself fighting with the powerful samurai,
Yagyu Jubei, to stop Bison and Orochi and return back
to his clan and time zone.

" Slashing you was most enjoyable."
" Truth shall be the only victor."
" Power is nothing without the right people using it"
" Hmph... A simple task completed"
" Your death was your fault to fight me"
" I shall return to you as fast as I can, Lord
Kojiroh..."

Special Moves:

Fatal Flurry (Shikku Satsu) : Charge b,f + P
Washizuka slashes once (Weak) or twice (Hard) at the
air, sending flashes of energy. Has a very bad
recovery lag time.

Foolish Flurry (Koku Satsu) : Charge d,u + P
Washizuka stabs upward at a 45-degree angle, taking
out airborne opponents. Hard Punch version has a
needlelike energy blast when done.

Wolf Fang (RouGa): Charge b,f + K
Washizuka charges into his opponent, ramming him and
does either of the following:
(Rouga Shashiki): reverse dp motion + K
Jumps and stabs. An overhead attack
(Rouga Onshiki): dp motion + K
Stabs forward, knocking the opponent to the ground.
(Rouga Fukushiki): reverse dp motion + P
stabs at the ground, knocking the opponent off of
his/her feet.  Hits low.

A Glorious Death (Shun Satsu): reverse dp motion + P
Washizuka stabs quickly with his sword which, if
connected, is then followed by a series of stabs if
you tap on any of the Punch buttons.

Super Moves:

True Fang of the Wolf (Shin RouGa): qcf,qcf + P
Washizuka charges forward.  If he hits the opponent,
he pushes him/her into the far wall, strikes several
times, then finishes with a large vertical blast of
energy. A very cool super.

Final Wolf Fang (Saishu RouGa) Level 3 MAX only:
qcf,qcf + K
Washizuka dashes forward a high speed. If he connects,
a huge Kanji symbol (reminds you of a certain demon,
doesn't it?) is drawn onscreen (meaning "Loyalty"),
and the opponent slowly falls forward.

Power Up Mode: Warrior Washizuka
Washizuka's color turns red and his Wolf Fang moves
are done more quicker.
Downfall: Damage reduced by 10%
