Urien, the man who was in the constant shadows of his brother, Gill, has heard of Bison's new tournament and thought of this as an opportunity to get the Orochi power and at the same time, overthrow his brother's throne. "My body is supreme and your worthless moves didn't stand for its supremeness" "Brother... I will do my best to get rid of you and will destroy anyone who comes in my way" " Pitiful scum, how dare you fight your future emporer!" " Do you think your simple strategy can overtake my mightness?" " Bow down, loser, For I'm the great Urien!" " I think I'll be merciful. Rather than killing you, you shall be a worthy servant for me" Special Moves: Metallic Sphere: qcf+ P, can hold P to delay Urien launches a grey colored ball when impacted on the opponent shocks them.
