Then he plugs his Water Cannon inot the ground and causes a spout of water to burst up from whereever Mega Man is standing at the time (or maybe a random location). Then he jumps across the room again and starts the proccess over. Use the Charge Kick |

Star Man Star Man's Star Crash is actually another shield. And it's his only real attack. He simply bounces around his low-grav chamber, while surrounding himself with this. Occasionally he will fire it at you. Use the water wave. It goes right through his Star Crash |
