2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup salad oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
4 cups thinly sliced apples

Mix all ingredients with spoon (NO MIXER), batter will be stiff. Spread into a 13x9 floured and greased pan. Bake 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Serving Ideas : Serve with whipped cream.
