Cakes & Pies Cranberry Sauce Cake

Recipe Ingredients
CAKE:
3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can (16 ounce) whole-berry cranberry sauce
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon orange extract
1 cup walnuts -- chopped

ICING:
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice




Recipe Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan. In a mixing bowl, combine ALL ingredients except walnuts; mix well. Fold in walnuts. Bake 60 minutes, test with toothpick. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Let cool completely before drizzling with icing.
