Poultry Ranch Noodles with Chicken or Turkey

Recipe Ingredients
8 ounces cooked pasta -- as directed
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1-1 oz. pkg Hidden Valley Original Ranch
Dry Salad Dressing Mix
2/3 cup frozen peas and carrots
3 cups cooke & cubed chicken or turkey
Parmesan Cheese



Recipe Directions
Cook and drain 8 oz. dry pasta according to package directions. In a skillet, melt 1/2 cup butter with 1 oz. packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dry Salad Dressing Mix. Add 2/3 cup frozen peas and carrots; heat thoroughly. Toss with pasta and 3 cups cubed, cooked chicken (or turkey). Sprinkle with cheese.
