1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
1-1.5 oz package Schilling Spaghetti Sauce Mix
1-8 oz can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tomato sauce cans of water
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 teaspoon parmesan cheese
1 dash red pepper

Saute onions and/or mushrooms in butter or olive oil. Add rest of ingredients and simmer until thickened stirring occasionally.
NOTES : This recipe can be easily doubled, tripled, etc.
