Lemongrass

Lemongrass has a sweet, lemony scent. Naturalists say it is an antidepressant, antiseptic, bactericide, diuretic, fungicide and insecticide. Also said to stimulates the mind, lift the spirit, stimulates the appetite, helpful with colic and indigestion. I tis said to prevent the spread of contagious diseases. It is said to be great for aching muscles, relieve tired legs, and achy muscles, assists with jet lag, aids in the flow of breastmilk in nursing mothers. Blends well with cedarwood, basil, lavender, neroli, niaouli and tea tree.
