1 Gallon water
1 Diced yellow onion
5 Bay leaves
1-2 Tsp white pepper (to taste)
* Boil at least 5 minutes *
1 lb of diced chicken breast
(cooked)
1 Quart cream or 2 qt. ½ & ½
1 Cup of fresh lemon juice
½ Cup fresh parsley
3 Cups Rice Pilaf (Uncle Bens™ with ½ of the flavor packet)
½ lb Wild Rice
1 Cube butter
1 Cup flour
Recipe Directions
Boil onion, bay leaves and pepper in water at least 5 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients except butter and flour. and cook till done.
Melt butter, add flour to make Rouix (paste) add to soup....just enough to make it thick.
