1 Can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/4 Cup Lemon juice
1 Large container of Cool Whip
1 Large can crushed pineapple
(thouroughly drained)
1/2 Cup chopped pecans, walnuts or
macadamia nuts
1 10 inch (or)
2 8 inch pie crusts baked
Recipe Directions
Mix lemon juice with condensed
milk and mix well. Add pineapple and
nuts.
Fold in the Cool Whip until well
blended...Pour into baked pie crust
Refridgerate till well chilled
