1 Chocolate Cake Mix
1 14 ounce pkg. Carmels
1/2 Cup Pet Milk
3/4 Stick Butter or Margarine
1 Cup Milk Choclate Chips
2 Cups Pecans (or any nut)

Prepare cake mix. Grease 9x13 pan. Pour 1/2 batter in pan. Bake 15 minutes in 350º oven.
Combine carmels, butter, and
Pet Milk, heat enough to melt, pour carmel mixture over baked cake.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over carmel mixture. Sprinkle one cup of nuts over chips.
Pour the other half of the batter on top, and sprinkle the other half of the nuts on top of the batter.
Bake for 25 minutes more. Cool!
Top with Cool Whip when serving.
