Trivia

The song "Sea Cruise" made popular by Frankie Ford actually started life as a Huey "Piano" Smith song with Bobby Marchan on vocals. But producer Johnny Vincent got the idea of dubbing Frankie Ford's vocals on top of Huey "Piano" Smith's backing track. The record became an instant hit and a well known New Orleons R&B hit.
