Melvin King replaced Charles Fizer in 1958 and remained in group as a replacement Walter Hammond when Charles Fizer returned in 1959. Charles Fizer was killed during the Watts rioting, replaced by Julius "Mack Starr" Mcmichael, former member of The Paragons. Melvin King left in 1966.
