INTERIM EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
SOUTH SUDAN LIBERATION MOVEMENT

Following the announcement of the formation of the South Sudan Liberation Movement 
that was made on January 31, 2000 and in line with my desire to build a viable liberation 
movement, I,  Dr. Wal Duany, Chairman of the South Sudan Liberation Movement make 
the following appointments:

1. Deputy Chairman and Commissioner for People-to-People Peace – 
      Ambassador  Phillip Obang  Ojwang
2. The Secretary for External Relations, Dr. David De Chand 
3. The Secretary for Finance, Commerce and Trade, Cdr. El Tahir Bior Abdalla Ajak.
4. The Secretary for Information and Publicity, Major Gundong Thiep.
5. The Secretary for Organization and Political Mobilization, John Jak Deang.
6. The Secretary for Education and Health Care – Dobony Ruot Pukjiok

Relief and Development Commission (RDC)
1. Dr. Peter Adwok Nyaba – Executive Director
