"Forever Online Friends"

When I typed my first "Hello" to you, it seems as though we became instant "Online Friends". I was so lost in this big world "Online". I didn't know how you would respond. And you came back with this nice warm "Hi there ;o))". It made me feel so warm and fuzzy inside. Like we had been friends for a life time.

You were so intuned with my feelings. You seem to know how I felt and why I felt the way I did. We were complete strangers when we first spoke that night, but in a matter of just a few short hours it seemed like we became best of friends.

I couldn't hardly wait to get home from work, just to see if you were online or had sent special url. Then I would hear the words, "User online". My heart would skip a few beats or beat a littler harder. I couldn't hardly wait for you say "Hello". A lot of the times I didn't wait, I shot you a message first. And, you always came back with a cheerful "Hi There ;o))". That would make any bad day I might have had, seem so far away.

We talked about anything and everything from personal things, to different cultures and customs of our different countries. Our customs would seem so strange to you, and yours so strange to me. But, it didn't seem to matter tho. We could see into each others hearts, and feel the closeness.

We talked for hours and hours long into the night, even all night, every now and then. The time would go by so quickly before we knew, the sun was coming up in your part of the world. It was so easy to talk to each other. Sharing our wants, wishes, dreams, and desires. We felt we could share anything with each other and so often did. There was no judgement on either of our parts. You were a perfect "Forever Online Friend. I can just hope I was too. I know I always logged off with wonderful feelings inside, and hoped you did too.

I don't know why our paths crossed that night, but I am so glad they did. You were such a good "Forever Online Friend", and I love you for that. No matter where our lives take us or which roads we take, I will never forget my first "Forever Online Friend". The memory of you will will remain in my "Heart" forever.
