2 cup (1 lb) cooked crumbled sausage
2 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup Ranch salad dressing
1 can (2.25 oz) sliced ripe olives
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 pkg wonton wrappers or egg roll wrappers cut in 4ths
Vegetable oil or Pam

Preheat oven to 350*.  Blot sausage dry with paper towels and combine with cheese,
salad dressing, olives, red pepper and onions.  Lightly grease a regular muffin
tin and press 1 wrapper in each cup.  Brush with oil or spray with Pam.  Bake 5
minutes until golden.  Remove from tins.  Place on baking sheet.  Fill with sausage
mixture.  Bake 5 minutes.  Makes 4-5 dozen.  Green chili may be added if you desire.
