Basic Sweet Rolls

6-7 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
2 pkgs dry active yeast
1 cup water
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1 egg

Combine 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast.  Blend well.  In small pan, heat water, milk
and butter until very warm.  Add liquid and egg to flour mix.  Blend low speed until moist.
By hand, stir additional 3 cups flour into mixture until dough pulls away from the sides of
the bowl.  Knead in 1-2 cups flour until dough is smooth and elastic about 8-10 minutes.
Punch down several times to remove all air bubbles.  Place dough in greased bowl, let
rise until doubled, about 45-60 minutes.
