Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 3/4 tsp salt 1 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup vegetable oil 3 eggs 1 1/2 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 3 lg) 1 cup chocolate chips Preheat oven to 325*. Grease and flour 4 small baking pans. In medium bowl, stir flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In large mixing bowl at medium speed beat sugar, oil and eggs until blended. Add bananas and beat. At low speed beat in flour mixture until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into pans. Bake 45-50 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on wire racks.
