Popovers

3 eggs, room temperature
1 1/4 cup milk, room temperature
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 450*.  Beat eggs with hand beater until lemon colored and foamy.  Add milk,
mix well.  Add flour and salt.  Beat until smooth and foamy.  Fill generously greased
tins 2/3 full.  Bake for 15 minutes.  Do not open oven door!  Reduce heat to 350* and
bake 25-35 minutes or until high, hollow and deep golden brown.
