1/4 lb crackers (1 pkg)
2 cup sugar
2/3 cup milk
6 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts (optional)

Put soda crackers in bag and crush.  Cook sugar and milk together over moderate
heat for 3 minutes.  Start counting time when mixture has readed a full boil.
Remove from heat.  Add peanut butter, vanilla, nuts and crackers.  Mix until blended.
Spoon onto waxed paper and cool.
