1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup peanut butter (either crunchy or creamy is fine)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

In medium bowl combine all ingredients.  (This recipe does not have flour as an ingredient)
Mixture will be thick.  Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake 13
minutes in 350* oven.  Makes about 2 dozen.
