German chocolate cake mix
Condensed sweetened milk
Jar of caramel topping (12-16oz)
Cool Whip
3 Heath bars (or Skor bars)

Bake cake according to box.  While cake is still warm punch a lot of holes with a chop
stick into cake.  Pour jar of caramel on top and sweetened condensed milk on top of
caramel.  Cool 1/2 hour.  Top with Cool Whip and mashed candy bars.
