Key Lime Pie
2 (14oz) cans sweetened condensed milk 6 egg yolks 6oz key lime juice (can substitute reg lime juice) 1 graham cracker pie crust 1 key lime (or reg lime) to decorate Separate eggs and save yolks. Beat egg yolks until smooth. Add condensed milk and whisk gently until combined. Add key lime juice a little at a time and stir until filling is smooth and creamy. Pour into graham cracker pie crust and bake in preheated oven at 350* for 10 minutes. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Decorate with sliced lime. Can be served above or with whipped cream.
