Strawberry Cheesecake

1 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 1/3 cup sugar
4 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
2 cup strawberry slices
Strawberry glaze (optional)

Preheat oven to 350*.  Stir together graham cracker crumbs, butter, 1.3 cup sugar in
medium bowl.  Press mixture onto bottom and 1 1/2 inches up sides of pan.  Mix cream
cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla at medium speed in electric mixer till well blended.
Blend in eggs.  Mix well.  Pour into crust.  Bake for 45-50 minutes.  Allow to cool 5
minutes.  Insert spatula around rim of pan.  Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.  Top
with strawberries and glaze if desired.
