1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 sm onion, chopped
2 pt sour cream
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
2 lg loaves French bread or other type depending on taste

Mix spinach, onion, sour cream, and dressing mix in large bowl.  Hollow out
one of bread loaves, and fill with dip.  Serve with cubed bread pieces for
dipping.  Don't cube bread too far in advance - it will dry out.  Can also add chopped
water chestnuts to dip.  Great holiday dish!
