1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 cup water

Combine in saucepan and cook, stirring, until mixture balls up.  Divide and color
with food coloring.  Store in plastic tub.
