A Meal in Foil

4 hamburger patties
1 lg sliced onion
4 quartered potatoes
4 thin sliced carrots
4 tbsp butter or margarine
Salt & pepper to taste
Aluminum foil

Cut 4 pieces of foil large enough to enclose hamburger patties and vegetables.  Place
hamburger on each piece of foil.  Add a slice of onion, potatoes and carrots.  Top with
1 tablespoon of butter.  Season with salt and pepper.  Pull foil together.  Fold at
top.  Bake at 375* for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Note:  May substitute chicken tenderloin strips for hamburger patties and add red, yellow,
green and orange pepper strips for color!
