Creamed Chipped Beef

4 tbsp margarine
4 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
1/4 tsp pepper
1 jar chipped beef, Armour

Melt margarine in medium saucepan.  Add flour and pepper until bubbling.  Add milk.  Bring
to a slow boil, constantly stirring.  When thickened add cut-up chipped beef.  Serve over
potatoes or toast.
