Fezenjun (Plum Chicken)

1 chicken (whole or in parts, however you like it)
1 can plums, juice & all (no seeds)
2 cup ground, smashed walnuts
2 big onions, chopped & sauted
1 tsp cinnamon
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tbsp turmeric
1 cup white wine
1/4 cup tomato paste
Salt to taste

Steam the chicken, then remove skin if necessary.  Chop the walnuts to as creamy a consistency
as possible (a spice or coffee mill works well).  Combine plums, chopped walnuts, sauteed
onions, wine, turmeric, tomato paste, cinnamon and the rest of the ingredients, to the chicken.
Add a 1/2 cup of water and cook on low for a couple of hours or until the liquid is reduced to a
thicker consistency.  Serve over rice.
