Garlic Chicken
1 chicken, cut up 15 cloves of garlic (chopped) 1 cup white wine 1/2 cup olive oil Salt Black pepper Saute the chopped garlic in the olive oil until golden brown, do not let garlic burn. Add the salt and chicken and fry until chicken is tender and golden brown, about 1 hour in low heat. Add the wine and let simmer for 1/2 hour, until wine is almost evaporated.
