Ham and Cheese Souffle

16 slices bread, cut in 1/2 & crusts removed
16 slices ham, halved
16 slices cheese, halved
6 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
3 cup milk
3 cup crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup melted butter

Lightly greased large baking dish.  Lay cut bread slices in dish and cover with slice of ham
and cheese.  Repeat layers.  Mix eggs with milk and seasoning; pour over all.  Refrigerate
overnight.  Mix cornflake crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over top.  Bake 40 minutes
at 375*.  Serves 12 people.
