Pineapple Pork Chops

6 center cut pork chops
1 (8oz) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup honey

Trim fat from chops, place fat in large skillet over medium heat.  When fat sizzles,
add chops, cook 2-3 minutes on each side, remove fat.  Pour off any drippings.
In a bowl combine remaining ingredients until well blended.  Pour over chops.  Cover;
cook over medium heat.  Turning occasionally for 30 minutes or until tender.  Serve with rice.
