Pork Chop Casserole

6 pork chops
2-3 potatoes, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup grated cheese (Cheddar)
1 can French fried onions

Brown meat.  Combine soup, milk, yogurt and pepper.  Stir in potatoes.  Put in half
of cheese and half of the onions.  Put into baking dish.  Place pork chops over potatoes
mixture.  Bake at 350* for 40 minutes (covered).  After 40 minutes of baking top with
remaining cheese and onions.  Bake uncovered for 5 more minutes.
