1 lb smoked sausage, cut into pieces
1 tbsp minced garlic if dry, 2 cloves minced if fresh
2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 med onion, chopped
1 can (16oz) tomatoes, whole
2 tbsp basil
2 tbsp oregano
1 beef bouillon cube
1 lb zuccini, cubed
12 oz colored spiral twist macaroni, cooked

Saute sausage and garlic about 10 minutes.  Add mushrooms and onion, saute 3-4 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, basil, oregano and bouillon cube.  Bring to boil.  Break up tomatoes.
Stir in zucchini, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until zucchini is tender.  Serve
over colored spiral twist macaroni.  Top with Parmesan cheese if desired.  Nice served
with garlic bread.
