Stromboli

Makes 2 - might want to freeze one for later!

2 (1 lb) loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
2 tbsp Dijon style mustard
8oz Genoa salami, thinly sliced
8oz Provolone cheese, thinly sliced
8oz ham, thinly sliced
8oz mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
8oz pork or Italian sausage, cooked, drained & crumbled
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp garlic powder

On a lightly floured surface, roll out each loaf dough into a 16x10 inch rectangle.  Spread 1
tablespoon of mustard down the middle of each rectangle.  Divide the meat and cheeses equally
and layer each ingredient down the center of each rectangle.  Sprinkle the sausage down
the center of each one.  Fold both sides of each dough rectangle to center.  Moisten the
dough edges and pinch together to seal.  Seal the ends of the dough and tuck under.
Preheat oven to 350*.  Place the loaves on a greased baking sheet, seam down.  Brush
the tops iwth the melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic
and a dash of pepper.  Bake immediately (or let rise in a warm place for 40-50 minutes)
in a 350* oven for 25 minutes.
