Tuna Broccoli Bake

10 oz broccoli pieces
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp oleo
1/2 cup diced onion
8 oz mushrooms
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
12 oz tuna
Ritz crackers

Cook broccoli till tender, drain.  Place in 2-quart baking dish.  Place 1/2 cheese
on top.  Set aside.  Melt oleo in skillet, add onions and saute.  Add mushrooms and saute.
Add lemon juice, soup, pepper and sour cream.  Stir till smooth.  Gently fold in tuna,
heat till warm.  Spoon over broccoli, sprinkle rest of cheese on top.  Crush
crackers for crunchy top.  Bake at 350* for 30 minutes or till bubbly.
