Spinach Soup

1 bag fresh spinach
3 cloves garlic
1 lg can tomato (crushed)
Basil
2 tsp olive oil

Wash spinach.  Put crushed garlic in oil and saute.  Sweat spinach in garlic and oil.
Add tomatoes and basil.  Simmer for 10 minutes.  Serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled
on top and bread.  Quick filling soup on a cold day.
