The Thiagarajar College of Engineering formally came into existence in 1958 through an inspired vision of our revered founder Thiru.  Karumuthu Thiagaraja Chettiar.

Currently, the College has Seven Departments covering important field of science and technology with about 1500 students and 90 faculty members.

Over the Years, the College has achieved academic excellence, produced outstanding professionals and continues to do so.
